I started Cachorro Show after a career change: I needed to get back to something meaningful, hands-on and warm. Cooking was the natural choice.
In France, Brazilian food is still rare and often limited to the same few classics. Yet Brazil is also about generous, simple, joyful street food.
And among my strongest memories is the Brazilian hot dog: the one at birthday parties and street parties, always shared, always comforting… and always with parmesan.
I wanted to bring that feeling to Paris.
An authentic hot dog, but made with quality ingredients: artisan bread, locally sourced sausage, homemade sauces and toppings.
Cachorro Show is another way of telling Brazil’s story: fewer clichés, more of the real thing. Handmade fast food that’s indulgent, respects its ingredients and is made to make you happy.
My love of food comes from my vovó, my Brazilian grandmother, who cooked from the heart. By her side, I learned that in the kitchen, to feed is to love.
